    Dylan,

    I agree that working one on one with a motivated seller eliminates most if not all competition. I especially like that the seller is motivated most likely by an impending foreclosure. I get that we can find these folks through direct mail, networking, craigslist, etc, but once we engage them is where I get a little lost. Maybe a webinar or video series training on the “How tos” of working with a seller to help them out of a tight spot and get you a good deal. thoughts?

    Thanks for the kind words. Sheriff sales are definitely one way to find good possible wholesale properties.

    The best way of all is to find a private seller(s) though…much less less competition.

    Great video series. Thanks! I have never considered wholesaling but I am now open to it. One question regarding getting the properties…do you recommend the sheriff sales that happen every week to obtain properties?
