At this month's Live Meetup on Thursday, September 27th you'll have the opportunity to meet a Private Lender who makes loans to investors in Metro Detroit.  This is NOT hard money or a bank pretending to be a Private Lender.  You can possibly secure financing for pending deals you have right now.  Or get financing lined up for you next one.

Hint: Every single month there are people in the room who are currently lending money to members of the group...but you have to be there to meet them.

Dr. Saravanan is a second generation investor. Saravanan got a first vacant land registered in 1994. He's been actively investing and lending for the better part of 2 decades.

In the recent few years, hundreds real estate transactions has been completed in southeast Michigan suburbs.

Dr. Saravanan understands real estate and that's why he's a lender.

  1. Hello, I have had a deep interest in learning about real estate, so I would just like to come along and listen. Thanks!

  2. I am looking to network and learn the legal aspects of real estate investing. This will be my first meeting and I am very excited.

  3. Im interested in using transactional funding to purchase homes and have simultaneous closings. I would like to eventually fix and flip properties. Would this meeting be helpful? I am also looking for a mentor that I can work very close with or someone to partner with as well who has had success in the types of deals I would like to do.

    • Hi Monique,
