REIA of Macomb LIVE Meetup

Purchase Agreement Showdown!

We'll Deep Dive Purchase Agreements & Breakdown What Your Should Have In Yours To Stay Out Of Trouble

...This Event In For House Flippers, Landlords & Wholesalers

At this month's Live Meetup on Thursday, October 25th a workshop will be focused on what you should have in your purchase agreement specifically if you're a real estate investor.  We'll be role playing buyer and seller on stage with the documents on the overhead monitor.  Every month there's new and experienced investors in the crowd who are looking for "guidance" on how to write up offers.  We're going to break down all of those barriers at this event.

Hint: You'll walk out with everything you need to make offers and keep yourself and the seller protected.

Attorney David Soble will be on stage along with the "Buyer" & "Seller" while we break down all of the important elements of a purchase agreement for real estate investors.

  1. Hello, I have had a deep interest in learning about real estate, so I would just like to come along and listen. Thanks!

  2. I am looking to network and learn the legal aspects of real estate investing. This will be my first meeting and I am very excited.

  3. Im interested in using transactional funding to purchase homes and have simultaneous closings. I would like to eventually fix and flip properties. Would this meeting be helpful? I am also looking for a mentor that I can work very close with or someone to partner with as well who has had success in the types of deals I would like to do.

    • Hi Monique,

We hope to see you at the next event. There are potential funding sources who show up every month.

  4. Dylan,
John Horek here. I have been to a number of your meetings. I have yet to become a member.
I have a question. Have you any recommendations for people interested in short-term lending? I am interested in home renovation also known as house flipping.
my experience is rental homes. however with the drug infested renters and drug infested neighborhoods the drug problems has won first prize. I am looking for a short term loan. can you help?

  5. We were former members and we want to become members again. Are your live events the last Thursday of every month?
